Central Falls, Rhode Island – May, 2024 – Rosco Manufacturing, an expert American manufacturer of hard-use precision rifle barrels, is excited to announce the launch of the K9 16” Barrel & Hatchet 5.56 NATO. This product further extends its top selling K9 Barrel series and is produced in collaboration with Barrel & Hatchet.
“We are constantly looking for new ways to improve the shooting experience for our users, and this barrel is developed to do just that,” said Rosco Manufacturing President Mike D’Angelo Jr. “We’re excited to get the K9 16’’ barrel into the hands of Rosco shooters and provide another solution for them to produce top results, whether that’s on the range or in competition.”
The K9 16″ features an intermediate length gas system with an optimized gas port, to run reliably suppressed and/or unsuppressed, and a 416R stainless finish with nitride treatment– making these products the best of both longevity and accuracy. The barrel’s intermediate gas system provides a softer recoil over mid-length allowing the shooter to produce quicker follow up shots on target.
This collaboration between Rosco Mfg and Barrel & Hatchet is an interesting one, and it appears they’ve crafted a legit barrel for all of the tinkerers and builders in the reading audience.
