TFB Podcast Roundup 100: Gear Up to These Fresh Gun Podcasts
Here it is! Episode 52 and the first of Season two of the Big Tex Ordnance Podcast. In this episode, we sit down and talk with Mike Mihalski of Sons of Liberty Gun Works about his story, the current status of SOLGW, and what is coming in the future. We also talk about our favorite government agency, politicians, and what it means to be in the gun industry in today’s climate. Let us know if you have any questions or what you though of this episode in the comments below or on our other social media platforms!
On today’s episode, we interview Chad Albrecht, who is a Master Gunsmith, AR-15 Armorer and Technical Instructor. Hey there Tundra Nation and welcome back to the channel! Back With another episode of What Your “Blank” Says About You we have What Your Gun Safe Says About You.! How you store your firearms says a lot about you, today we explore What Your Gun Safe Says About You! Enjoy the show.
Despite Ivan (Kit Badger) being a frequent presenter on TFBTV and someone that most of us here at TFB know personally, I still managed to miss this one from earlier in the year when Ivan got a chance to speak with Mike from Sons of Liberty Gun Works. SOLGW has gained a lot of traction over the last couple of years for its attention to detail when it comes to the firearms they produce. This interview and discussion between Ivan and Mike are a tiny peek into what goes on behind the scenes at Sons of Liberty Gun Works.
Dustin is joined by Faxon’s Director of Product Management, Jay Wilson, for a deep-dive into 8.6 BLK, Faxon Sentinel AR-10s, and some tips and insights for 8.6 Blackout enthusiasts.
I’m actually really glad this particular podcast episode came out because of the recent release (on 8/6 actually) of the new Faxon Sentinel AR-10 rifles. As with any new cartridge, there are always going to be tiny little bits of info, tips, and tricks that will make it run a certain way, and alter the experience you have when first getting into a fresh new cartridge. If you’ve already bought into the 8.6 BLK environment, this is a great episode for you to pick up.
Mat Best welcomes Adam Kraut of the Firearms Policy Coalition and Mike Mihalski from Sons of Liberty Gunworks to the show to discuss a wide array of 2nd Amendment and firearms topics. They discuss what the FPC is, recent Supreme Court decisions, and how you can make a difference.
If you’ve ever been curious about the FPC (Firearms Policy Coalition), what they do, what their motives are, and the progress they’ve made in regards to pro-2nd Amendment efforts, this is a great podcast for you and one I enjoyed listening to even though I’ve been a supporter for a very long time.
Tonight on Who Moved My Freedom I interview Cody Wilson, co-founder and CEO of Defense Distributed and the face of homemade “ghost guns” and the online maker community. Babyface P is also joining me tonight. To find out more about the new Ghost Gunner 3 general purpose CNC mill https://ghostgunner.net/
TFB and TFBTV have both taken a lot of time to talk to Cody Wilson about his efforts with the Ghost Gunner project. If you’d like to hear our own coverage featuring Cody Wilson, you can visit the following links below:
In this episode of TFB’s Behind The Gun Podcast, I’ve brought in a new friend of mine who helps budding competitors like myself get arms from my home here in the United States to competitions around the globe. Les Winner is the owner of Polaris Logistics which is an international import/export service provider with a specific focus on firearms. It’s perfectly legal in most cases to have your own firearms shipped around the globe for a wide variety of purposes, however, dealing with all the permits, paperwork, and local authorities and governments can often prove to be too much of a hassle for most people and that’s where Les and Polaris Logistics come into play. Les simply needs you to tell him where the arms need to go, and after that, you ship your guns to him and he takes care of the rest of it. Simple! In addition to being a pseudo-international arms smuggler (legally), Les also has the reputation as being one of the grand daddies of the Brutality Matches having been to nearly every single match since its inception back in 2018. This year Les and I happened to be in the same squad and got to run the competition side by side. Today, Les and his good buddy Matt discuss our ups and downs at Finnish Brutality 2023, and of course a more detailed explanation of how Les and Polaris Logistics can help you get your guns abroad if you happen to find yourself at one growing European Brutality competitions. Please welcome Les, and Matt to the program!
That’s all we’ve got this week for the TFB Podcast Roundup. Please let us know if you enjoyed any of these episodes or if you have your own gun-related podcasts that you like to listen to! Thanks as always for stopping by to read and listen right here on The Firearm Blog, We’ll see you next week!
