Wilson Combat unveiled the fifth pistol (Series 5) of their Limited Ten series of custom 1911 handguns. As the name of the series implies, the pistols of this collection are produced in a quantity of ten units. The Limited Ten series pistols have unique features that can not be found in other Wilson Combat handguns. With over 45 years of combined skill, our most experienced Supergrade pistolsmiths have meticulously labored to create a classic custom pistol that will appeal to any avid 1911 collector. As elegant as they are functional, they establish a timeless legacy that will endure for generations to come.
Wilson Combat Limited Ten Series 5 is a full/government-size pistol with a 5″ barrel and chambered in .45 ACP. The match-grade barrel is made of stainless steel and has a flush-cut reverse crown. The flat top slide is equipped with WC Battlesight sights with a tritium front sight, has wide front and rear serrations, and features a high polished finish with camo bluing. The carbon steel frame is blued, has a 30LPI high-cut checkered front strap, and is fitted with a beavertail grip safety, ambidextrous thumb safety and magazine release button from the company’s Bullet Proof line of 1911 parts. The burl wood smooth grips are inlaid with Sterling silver Wilson Combat logo medallions. The long pad trigger has a pull weight of 3.5-4.5 lbs. The company guarantees that this pistol will print 1″ groups at 25 yards.
