The Photo Of The Day can be chosen for a variety of reasons. It may be because of its aesthetic qualities, its newsworthiness, its emotional impact, or its technical excellence. Some Photos Of The Day features have a specific theme, such as nature, architecture, or portraits. Can you guess today’s theme? Well, here it is! The Beretta M9A4 with Steiner eOptics DBAL-PL (and without). What do you think about it?

From Beretta Defense Technologies:

The BERETTA M9A4 pistol features the proven design of the iconic M9 series with a new modern features that include a red-dot optic ready slide.
In addition, a variety of accessory options is possible thanks to the built-in 3-slot Picatinny rail located in front of the trigger guard, which enables the easy attachment of a variety of tactical lights, laser devices, and more (the featured product is integrated with Steiner eOptics DBAL-PL)
The M9A4 was designed to be used in the heat of combat. For this reason, Beretta has put a generous bevel at the magazine well, so that tactical magazine changes may be performed quickly and easily with one hand regardless of lighting conditions. Along the same lines, the magazine-release button is oversized, making it simple to use when seconds count even while wearing gloves.
Whether it’s on duty, for concealed carry, or at the range, the M9A4 will always give you the absolute best of Beretta’s centuries-old experience and long history serving the needs of professionals the world over.

Thank for this inclusion (and an honest review):
"We are committed to finding, researching, and recommending the best products. We earn commissions from purchases you make using the retail links in our product reviews. Learn more about how this works."

When I told Crump you all did this, particularly with Keltec product reviews (ads not reviews really), even he didn't think you did this. Nice to see this being stated openly now.

I like both of those things, but I will never own either one, because I don't have taxpayers funding my firearms purchases, and frankly, there's cheaper ways of doing that job just as reliably.
