Cold Steel Announces NEW Folders in Pro Lite Series

Cold Steel Announces NEW Folders In Pro Lite Series

As with all other things, a high-quality knife usually comes with a high price tag. Your sub-$30 Big 5 sale knife will still cut, but not as sharply as the corners cut when it comes to durability, steel quality, and handle materials. Cold Steel has been a big name in the knife world for a long time, and their trusted name garners prices of at least a bill. To make their knives more attainable, or at least make you cry less when you beat them up, Cold Steel has introduced their Pro Lite series, made up of three new folders.

Our goal in creating the Pro Lite series was to provide a heavy-duty folding knife with the expected Cold Steel superior strength and durability at an affordable price.

The Cold Steel Pro Lite series is meant to deliver Cold Steel quality at a lower cost. There are three knives in the series at this point in time. All three are essentially the same knife with three different point options. Buyers can choose between tanto, drop point, or clip point. All three use 4116 German stainless cryo-quenched blades and wear a satin finish. The handle is made from glass-reinforced polymer and the pocket clip is reversible for left or right-side carry. Tip-up, of course.
