Florida-based Big Daddy Unlimited is primarily known for retailing other companies’ firearms-related products. Their characteristic subscription system is membership-based, with some products and best pricing info locked behind a paywall. What they have not been widely known for over most of their operational history is offering their own house-brand products. Now it appears they may be looking to change that, as they have recently announced a pre-order for their new Big Daddy Unlimited “G-Flex” trigger, for gen 3-5 Glock handguns. The G-Flex’s party piece is its binary-style double firing pull-and-release action.The bottom line, then, is that this trigger not only fires one round when squeezed, but it also fires a second round when that pull pressure is released and the trigger actuates forward to reset. In this way, it appears to operate broadly similarly to Franklin Armory’s binary trigger designs. However, the G-Flex executes this double-firing functionality in a different way – one which they believe the ATF will look upon favorably, given the integration of a patented secondary disconnector.
