Valhalla Tactical has been making their own light mounts and light bodies. Well, they have expanded their light options like the SOL (Selectable Orientation Light) light mount as well as manufacture their own light heads. With regards to their optic mounts, they already have an adapter plate for the Holosun SCRS.

The SOL light mount is a light body that has the same threads on the rear and front. So you can flip the light body around for a better fit on your gun. You can see the SOL light body above. It is biased to one side. If you flip the SOL light body 180º then swap the head and tail cap, you can position the SOL light body closer or farther from your rail. This SOL is for direct mounting to a Picatinny rail. Their previous version was for M-LOK.

Valhalla Tactical will also be releasing their own M-LOK and Picatinny light bars. The Picatinny light bar works with their direct SOL light body.

The light bar price is yet to be determined and they are hoping for an end of a Q2 release.

As I mentioned at the beginning, Valhalla Tactical will be releasing their own light heads. Since the SOL light body has the same threads in front and back, it makes sense for them to offer their own light heads that are compatible. The threads are actually Surefire DF/Modlite thread pitch so these heads will work with any compatible body.

They will be offering two versions. The MOD1 light head will be 1600 lumens and 58k candela. MOD2 is a 10 tap programmable light head so you can have different light outputs and secondary modes if you wish. Max output is the same as the MOD1.

The beam pattern is decent. Appears to have a good hot spot with a decent amount of spill.

For the new Holosun SCRS red dot, Valhalla Tactical has already made an adapter plate that will work on their SKADI mount. The SCRS plate will retail for $35. The SKADI tower is just $100. They used to use two tension screws but they are upgrading the new SKADI towers with a single tension screw.

Valhalla Tactical is also coming out with their concealed carry jacket in new sizes. They will offer up to 3XL as well as have versions in women’s sizes. They are adding a third button for the quick-release flap and moving the zipper to a men’s orientation.
