At this year’s SHOT Show Alabama-based Advanced Armament Company (AAC) showcased their two new robust suppressors, the Ranger 5 and the Ranger 7. The Ranger 5 is designed for .223/5.56x45mm rifles while the Ranger 7 is designed for rifles chambered in 7.62x51mm and .300 Win Mag. Both are full auto rated and have removable front end caps.

They are made from 718 Inconel and 17-4 H900 steel. The Ranger 7 has a sound reduction of 24dB when mounted on a 300 Win Mag chambered 26 inch barrel bolt action and a 30dB reduction on a Remington 700 with a 20 inch barrel using M80 ammunition.

Advanced Armament Company’s MK13-SD will also be making a return. It will be available with a flat dark earth cerakote finish, with the NSN number on the tube, and in black without the NSN number. AAC are hoping to have the MK13-SD available in early February with an MSRP of $1,149.99.

The suppressors have a front end cap which can be removed for maintenance and servicing and each can ships with a 1.375-24 mount. AAC say that their focus for the Ranger series is versatility and reliable performance. MSRP for both the 5.56x45mm Ranger 5 and the 7.62x51mm Ranger 7 come in at $899.99. More stats below:
