Reptilia Corp is probably most well-known for their optics mounts, though they make a variety of other products such as stocks, grips, and weaponlight bodies. Their optics mounts are available for a broad spectrum of applications, many of which are designed to add red dots onto scope mounts for quick and effective transitions between longer-distance engagements and close-quarters shooting. Other models are built as standalone red dot mounts for non-scoped firearms. They have just announced a new version of their red dot mount, this time supporting the Holosun AEMS micro reflex sight. Good morning Team!
The 1.93” Height DOT Mount for Holosun AEMS is finally here and now shipping to dealers, distributors, and direct to consumer in both black and flat dark earth anodized finish. Like our other red dot mounts, the 1.93” Height DOT Mount for Holosun AEMS is a lightweight, slim-line mounting solution that provides additional height for a more comfortable, upright shooting position. Machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, the DOT Mount attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail. Its spring-loaded nitrided steel clamp and mounting bolt simplify the installation process, and sit flush with the body of the mount for a low-profile, anti-snag design.
Like all Reptilia products, the DOT Mount is 100% designed and manufactured in the USA, with a full lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

These new Picatinny rail-compatible AEMS dot mounts are available with a $109.95 MSRP and are offered in either black or FDE anodized color options. It is a lightweight mount, tipping the scales at just 60 grams, which is only slightly heavier than a pair of AA batteries. This would bring the total optics setup weight, with an AEMS plus 1.93″ height mount, to approximately six ounces. What do you think about this mount option?
