POTD: M4 Range Day in South Korea
Every day, all year round, we at TFB publish at least one photo together with an explanation about what’s going on. We’ve been doing this for a very long time, almost 10 years. We call it Photo Of The Day and today we visit Camp Yongsan-Casey, the United States Army Garrison in South Korea.
Soldiers and Katusa’s conduct an M4 range on Camp Yongsan-Casey, September 9th 2022.The M4 carbine is a 5.56×45mm NATO, gas-operated, magazine-fed, carbine developed in the United States during the 1980s. It is a shortened version of the M16A2 assault rifle.
Katusa is short for Korean Augmentation To the United States Army, which is a branch of the Republic of Korean Army that consists of Korean drafted personnel who are augmented to the Eighth United States Army (EUSA).
Working the barricade.
Below: This looks like an interesting shooting range. I like it!

Please can someone show them how to flip their rear sights up?
We used to put the knuckleheads on the far right lane which has extreme elevation changes. A good challenge, but each lane is not created equal for quals.
