Meravigliosamente! In our Photo Of The Day, we have a wonderful flash from an Italian SCP70 rifle. The soldiers are Italians of the 183rd Airborne Regiment, and they’re using their SCP70 rifles to fire blanks at enemy combatants during a decisive action training environment exercise. The images were taken a while ago, during Saber Junction 2012, at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany.

Saber Junction 2012 was the largest exercise of its kind that the U.S. Army Europe had conducted in more than 20 years.
