Pulsar have announced the start of sales of their new line of Thermion 2 XQ Pro thermal imaging riflescopes that were introduced at the 2022 IWA & Outdoor Classics trade fair earlier this year. The line includes three scopes: Thermion 2 XQ35 Pro, Thermion 2 XQ50 Pro and the Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro. The main difference from previous models of the Thermion 2 XQ35/50 is a 384×288 pixel @17μm,

Thermion 2 XQ Pro line: Start of sales

Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide is pleased to mark the start of sales of the Thermion 2 XQ Pro thermal imaging riflescopes including a model with LRF. These newly-launched Pulsar products were introduced at the 2022 IWA & OutdoorClassics trade fair earlier this year. Now you’ll be able to test the efficiency of the extremely sensitive 384×288 pixel @ 17 µm Lynred sensor out hunting.

The popular XQ line includes three new additions: the Thermion 2 XQ35 Pro, the Thermion 2 XQ50 Pro and the Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro.

The new riflescopes feature a distinctive classic design housing, and come equipped with a 384×288 pixel @ 17 µm French Lynred sensor with NETD

  • Variable magnification
  • High-precision aiming in the “Picture-in-picture” mode
  • A selection of eight colour palettes

  • Enhanced WiFi connectivity with 2.4 / 5 GHz waveband support

  • Recoil rated up to .375 H&H, 12–Gauge and 9.3×64
  • Mounting on standard 30 mm rings

The Thermion 2 XQ Pro line will be available from September 2022.

    Interesting that the French sensors are 17um vs 12um on the Infiray equivalents.
