Photo Of The Day with some images from Lithuania. We’re looking at an officer from the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service’s Special Tasks Unit, as he protects his sector with the Heckler & Koch MP5. The setup with the EOTech sight might be one of the highest height over bore I’ve seen on a carbine.

The pictures are from 2020 and taken during a small unit tactics exercise run by the U.S. Army Special Forces.

A U.S. Army Special Forces soldier briefs officers from the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service’s Special Tasks Unit during an exercise in small-unit tactics. U.S. Special Forces work with this unit to enhance their skill sets while increasing their ability to interoperate with NATO forces when needed.
