POTD: Silent Steel – Suppressed Kriss Vector
You don’t see often the Kriss Vector these days, but this Photo Of The Day makes a change. The images are from a Finnish company called Silent Steel, and this is their flowthrough Compact Streamer suppressor.
Silent Steel is a manufacturer of firearm components and accessories. The company’s founder and staff have extensive experience designing and manufacturing parts for firearms.
The purpose of the Compact Streamer model was to provide good performance in a tiny package. You get a reduced sound signature and no muzzle flash, with an overall length of 15 cm and a weight of 450/330 grams. The material is stainless steel. You can find a direct link here.
What do you think about the Kriss Vector? If you like it, check these POTDs out: SiOnyx Digital Night Vision on a KRISS Vector and Enhanced KRISS Vector SDP.
My best memory of the Kriss Vector was shooting full-auto with 10mm at SHOT Show a few years ago.

If only the Kris was less of a toy.
Thanks to the COD series I now own 2 Kriss Vectors. They're just range toys for me but one thing for sure they get EXTREMELY dirty to shoot suppressed. So dirty that I don't shoot them suppressed unless I have to these days.
