Hello and welcome to TFB Podcast Roundup 50! We skipped last week’s podcast roundup in honor of our Great Nations’ 246th birthday after claiming liberty from the British Empire. This week we’re back to delve right back into our rich gun culture – a founding principle of this nation. This week we’ve got some good podcasts featuring expert firearms hand-engravers, another interview of our own James Reeves by our good friends Polenar Tactical, a discussion about our 4-legged heroes, as well as an in-depth discussion about cleaning your brass for reloading. Sit back, grab a nice glass of iced tea and enjoy this week’s selection of gun-centric podcasts.

TFB Podcast Roundup 50: Hand Engraving and Machine Guns
Polenar Tactical are long-time friends of TFB and TFBTV and in one of their first-ever podcast episodes they bring on James Reeves to talk about how they met, some of his opinions on various guns, and they also have a bit of time between subjects to throw back a few beers and get in some inebriated dry-fire trigger practice. If you’re a fan of our YouTube channel or Polenar’s, this is a really entertaining episode to listen to.
In some ways, hand-engraving may seem like a lost art. However, with talented master engravers like Melissa McMinn hand-engraving will not only live on but advance. In this episode Melissa and Scott discuss the process of hand-engraving and where the artform is headed. They touch on how intricate hand-engraving is when compared to other finishes and just how much work is involved in creating a truly elaborate piece. Today on the podcast we’ve got two guests who are each packing a lot of firepower. Known as Anonymous Bob and Rapid Fire Rachel in SASS (Single Action Shooting Society) circles, this father-daughter duo comes from a family of gun-loving Americans who wants to share their love for firearms with you. Today on the podcast Bob, Rachel, and I talk about how they each got into firearms, what they enjoy about firearms in their personal life, and also about an upcoming hopeful successor to the recently ended Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot. Details on the machine gun shoot will be coming soon so if you’re interested in possibly attending and participating in something like that be sure to keep tabs on both Bob’s and Rachel’s social media pages for more information on that event this fall. In the meantime, enjoy the show!
