Strike Industries recently released their new line of muzzle devices in the new Strike X-Comp lineup capable of fitting on multiple firearms in multiple calibers without purchasing an additional compensator. The new X-Comp line features three different muzzle devices, each designed for a specific use, and a full line of thread adapter kits that can convert your threaded barrel to fit the Strike X-Comp or M18X1 RH threaded muzzle devices on virtually any firearm.

Strike X-Comp Element C

The Strike X-Comp Element C muzzle device features ports cut specifically to reduce rearward recoil velocity by applying more forward pressure and is geared towards those running a 9mm pistol caliber carbine like the CZ Scorpion Evo. The Element C natively fits on the Evo’s M18x1 RH threaded barrels but can be adapted to fit on the MPX, a 5/8×24 threaded barrel, and even standard 1/2×28 threaded barrels using the X-Comp thread adapter kit. The Element C muzzle device is sold for a price of $49.95.

Strike X-Comp Mini Cookie Cutter 02

The popular Cookie Cutter muzzle break has just adopted a little brother with the addition of the Mini Cookie Cutter 02. This miniaturized muzzle brake features an interior diameter designed to accommodate 10mm PCCs and comes threaded M18x1 to fit directly onto a CZ Scorpion Evo with the CZ clip stop latch removed. The Mini Cookie Cutter 02 is sold for $59.95. It’s worth noting here that the Mini Cookie Cutter 02 is not compatible with the Scorpion Evo OEM handguard but, on the converse side, it can handle the muzzle blast from both 5.56 AR-15 rifles and even AR-10 308 rifles.

Strike X-Comp Thread Protector

It’s all in the name here. This is simply just a Strike Industries-made thread protector featuring a 10mm inner diameter to protect the crown and threads of your barrel when you don’t have a specific muzzle device attached to it. This thread protector is also compatible with the Strike Industries Oppressor and is rated up to 308/7.62 calibers and just like all the other X-Comp offerings it can be adapted to fit on virtually any caliber rifle within that size range. The thread protector is sold for a price of $29.95.

Thread Adapter Kits

The Strike Industries thread adapter kits are a line of muzzle devices and adapters for various fitments.
The Strike X-Comp Adapter Kit helps convert your compatible threaded barrel to utilize the SI family of X-Comp M18x1 RH thread pitch muzzle devices. The Strike X-Comp muzzle devices were originally designed for the current native M18x1 RH thread pitch of the CZ Scorpion EVO, however, there are multiple thread pitch specifications that can be used for multi-calibers like 9mm, .223, 5.56, .308, and 7.62 and SI wanted to make a standard attachment for the user’s convenience and wallet. Each thread adapter kit is sold separately for a price of $17.95 and comes with a properly sized crush washer.
