You asked, we listened. The Bergara BMR (Bergara Micro Rimfire) is for those that demand the best and expect nothing short of perfection. With the option of either a 5 round magazine for hunting or a 10 round magazine for running stages at your favorite rimfire match, we designed the BMR from the ground up with field and match performance in mind. The BMR fits the bill of the base class within the NRL22 series and offers a match chamber with world-class accuracy. It’s also lighter (especially the carbon barreled version) and easier to carry in the field for small game pursuits.
I’ve had a decent amount of trigger time behind a Bergara BMR and they are great all-around bolt action .22LR rifles. The only downside I can really find with these rifles is that they don’t take Ruger 10/22 magazines. However, due to the great set of features and their inherent precise nature, I think it’s forgivable that these rifles require their own proprietary magazines.

Engineered to deliver best-in-class accuracy and reliability, this rimfire polymer sporting pistol shoots and feels every bit like a custom-tuned competition model—without any costly upgrades or modifications. From the short, smooth pull of its precision-designed Taurus Performance Trigger System (PTS) to the built-in comfort of its ergonomic grip, the TaurusTX™ 22 is one performance-driven full size that’s ready to race. Right out of the box.
TFBTV’s Hop has a lot of good things to say about the TX22 lineup. This Midnight Bronze/Black version gives the pistol a nice two-tone look. Even though the SIG Sauer P322 is the hottest new rimfire pistol on the market, the TX22 is probably the closes current rival to it and still has a 16-round magazine capacity and features a dust cover rail for attaching accessories.

A pint-sized revolver with an Old West flair! Meet the new Heritage Barkeep. The single-action Barkeep comes chambered and ships with the affordable .22 LR rimfire cylinder. This revolver is also compatible and designed to work with an interchangeable .22 WMR cylinder option.
Built for optimal concealability in a light and portable package, the Barkeep boasts fixed open sights for fast action and a clean sight picture. Several grip options deliver classic western styling to compliment the standard black oxide or case-hardened frame finish.
With a two-inch barrel configuration, this compact carry revolver checks all the boxes for form and function.
Heritage Rough Riders are pretty fun little pistols. I’ve had a few opportunities to shoot these at various media events and they work well, can shoot any type of rimfire ammo you can get your hands on (including .22 Short CB), and can even be swapped out with .22 WMR cylinders if you’re looking for a bit of extra power for nailing pest animals around your property. Best of all, this is about as inexpensive as you can get a .22LR revolver these days.
The M4-22 ELITE is a premium .22 caliber semi-automatic tactical rimfire rifle with aluminum upper and lower receivers and all the features of a true M4. The M4-22 is largely mil-spec compatible and will accept most AR15 stocks, handguards and sights. The M4-22 has the look, feel and controls of a true M4 and is a perfect platform for competition and training applications or backyard plinking.
I’ve never owned a Tippman Arms M4-22 myself but from what I’ve heard people are quite pleased with them and they are built quite well and feature very solid components save for the charging handle which is made from polymer. Everything else on the rifle features mil-spec parts and this makes it almost entirely compatible with normal off-the-shelf AR parts which makes it a great training aide.

The PMR-30 is a light weight, full size pistol chambered for the flat-shooting .22Magnum cartridge (.22WMR). The PMR-30 operates on a unique hybrid blowback/locked-breech system. This operation system allows for the use of a wide variety of ammunition as it seamlessly adjusts between locked breech and blowback operation, depending on the pressure of the cartridge. It uses a double stack magazine of a new design that holds 30 rounds and fits completely in the grip of the pistol. The trigger is a crisp single action with an over-travel stop. The manual safety is a thumb activated ambidextrous safety lever (up for SAFE, down for FIRE). The slide locks back after the last shot and a manual slide lock lever is also provided. The light, crisp trigger pull and fiber optic sights make the PMR-30 ideal for target shooting and hunting small game. Slide and barrel are 4140 steel, frame is 7075 aluminum. Grip, slide cover, trigger, mag release, and safety levers are glass reinforced Nylon (Zytel), much like other Kel-Tec Pistols. Magazine is Also Zytel and holds 30 rounds, with round count ports.
If you’re looking for something a bit spicier than .22LR in a lightweight and portable package for backpacking or hiking, you’ll like the PMR30 for its 30-round magazines. You can also pick up a relatively inexpensive reflex sight mount for the PMR30 if you’d like to add a red dot on the pistol for faster target acquisition without compromising its lightweight nature.
