If you’re a fan of the SIG Sauer P226 and want to try to bring it into the modern age and add a few extra features, then SIG Sauer and ZEV Tech have a new collaborative project for you. SIG Sauer and ZEV Tech are happy to introduce the new P226 ZEV which will come from the factory equipped with a ROMEO1PRO, and three 15-round steel magazines. The new pistol will also feature specialized grips, a custom ZEV Tech slide, and a threaded and dimpled barrel.

The P226 has earned its reputation alongside the U.S. Navy Seals, Federal Agents and numerous military and law enforcement agencies around the world. Chambered in 9mm, the P226 ZEV is a single-action only (SAO) custom pistol developed with ZEV Technologies to create a truly unique take on the venerable P226 platform. Over the years the P226 has earned a reputation both in real life and on the silver screen by being used in movies and television shows across the world and also having the distinction of being chosen as a pistol worthy of being fielded by the fabled Navy Seals as the P226 MK25. I think the P226 ZEV represents a logical next step (with a little added flair) for the platform to bring it into the modern age which is full of pistol compensators and red dot sights.
