More rounds are always appreciated, and Strike Industries has been providing more rounds for your Glock with their polymer Extended Magazine Plate (EMP) for a few years. While the polymer versions continue to keep customers happy, people have been calling for a metal version. Well, now Strike Industries has delivered. Utilizing the same design that people love, the new aluminum EMP for Glock 19 pistols is now available.

Strike Industries news @ TFB:

The Strike Industries Aluminum Extended Magazine Plate for GLOCK™ G19 (9mm) was designed to provide smoother magazine reloading through a slow drag / no snag design while maintaining maximum magazine capacity.

Strike Industries Releases NEW Aluminum EMP For G19

These magazine extensions are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. They add five rounds to your Glock 19 magazines, not including 10-rounders. They are available in black, red, or FDE, the latter of which adds a dollar to your price. They attach with an aluminum plate for added locking security. These are compatible with OEM G19 magazines, as well as ETS magazines that hold over 10 rounds. For additional functionality, you can add the Strike Industries EMP Pocket Clip. They will also work with your Strike Magwell. If you plan to use these for competition, these fit within the 140mm limit. The added weight should also aid in magazines dropping free when you’re moving quickly and seconds count.

Cheaper than the Taran tactical ones at $44, Hyve has their own at $37 so these are a hair less and more expensive than the competitors

Wonder if the pocket clip works with the SI magwell... because the clip + polymer +5 baseplate didn't.
