[SHOT 2022] KCI USA Introduces B&T 9mm Magazine
KCI USA showed off their new magazine for the B&T 9mm series of guns. Bottom line up front: suggested retail is $34.99 for a 30-round magazine, and they should be available within the next month. All KCI magazines are manufactured in Korea, but tested in the US. KCI said they have done extensive drop testing on this new magazine, and they had numerous videos of it being dropped from all angles on all sides.
The wide range of magazines imported by KCI continues to expand. They have added state compliant options such as 10-round Glock-pattern magazines. Other limited-capacity magazines may be added in the future for states with different limits (like Colorado’s 15-round law).
Along with new models, many existing magazines are being updated or improved. Their Glock-pattern drum magazines were originally designed to work with handguns, because that was the only place to use them at the time. PCC usage has exploded in recent years, along with “does it take Glock mags?” jokes. KCI has tweaked and improved the geometry on their 9mm drums for better reliability across the field of PCC options. Also, their AK47 drum magazine has also been changed to have a metal rear door.
They also displayed a new prototype version of their polymer AR-15 magazine. This improved model has a metal insert around the feed lips and top of the magazine. It uses the same type of plastic as their B&T-pattern magazine. This is only a test sample at the moment, and no price point or availability information is available.
Stay tuned for more from SHOT 2022!

The only KCI thing I know works is their M16 mags. They're literally product improved HK mags and they go for stupid cheap at 6 USD per piece at wholesale volumes.
Put korean promags in my APC9K Pro? Fuq dat!
