[SHOT 2022] The NEW KelTec P15 Pistol
KelTec unveiled a brand new micro 9mm pistol at SHOT 2022, the P15. It is very much a part of the current trend of ever higher capacity micro concealed pistols. The P15 takes its name from the 15-round magazine that comes with the gun. A 12-round flush fit magazine is included as well.
Some micro pistols compromise on sights, but not the P15. Included sights are a tritium and fiber optic combo that provide a very bright sight picture in bright conditions, and the classic tritium glow we are all used to in the dark.
Two versions of the P15 are in development, one with a polymer frame and one with an aluminum frame. Early batches of the pistol should be available in Q1, with full availability in Q2.
KelTec also had a rifle conversion kit for the P50 on display at their booth. With a 16-inch barrel and side folding stock, the kit transforms your P50 into a rifle. And, once your $200 permission slip from the ATF comes, you could easily turn this into an SBR. Look for the conversion kit sometime this year with a price somewhere in the $300 range.

I've had good luck with KT, my only complaint is that every new product is vaporware. I've been looking for a P-17, but they can't be had.
It looks like a Frankenpistol with those screws in the frame - how reassuring. FMK and Taurus have little to fear . . . or do they?
