Here’s Viridian’s announcement in full:

Viridian Weapon Technologies has announced the release of a red E Series™ laser sight for Stance, the new micro-compact 9mm pistol from Savage Arms. The E Series laser is designed exclusively to fit Stance and is available now at the Savage Arms webstore or Viridian Weapon Technologies online marketplace.

“The new Savage Stance is a perfect 9mm for everyday carry,” said Viridian President and CEO Brian Hedeen. “Viridian is proud to have worked with Savage to fine tune this E Series laser specifically for the Stance. Our red laser aiming devices make target acquisition faster. An E Series laser is the perfect addition to a gun that is purpose-built for the needs of concealed carry.”

Viridian, one of the world’s largest independent providers of weapon-mounted technology, builds gun-specific lasers. The E Series red laser sight for the Stance is the first laser built specifically for a Savage Arms pistol.

Viridian’s red E Series laser sight mounts to the Stance’s trigger guard and is activated by an ambidextrous on/off button and has a 5-minute auto shut off feature to preserve battery life.

As Stance is a gun that is built to be carried, Viridian is proud to offer new Kydex holsters. The custom-built holsters designed for the Stance, equipped with an E Series laser, will offer increased daily functionality. Stance E Series laser sights and holsters will be available through both Savage and Viridian’s web store.
