Grey Birch Solutions have announced a new rifle in their precision Ruger 10/22 style rifle range which includes the Standard LDR (Long Distance Ready) Carbon Fiber Barreled model and the RDR (Red Dot Ready) short-barreled model which has a receiver milled specifically for mounting popular micro red dots. The LDR Fatty Rifle switches the carbon fiber barrel for a 16.1″ heavy profile stainless steel one.

The Foundation Long Distance Ready Rifle is a purpose-built rifle with long distance in mind. The Foundation LDR Fatty Rifle utilizes the Foundation chassis allowing for modularity and adjustability to fine-tune your setup. Length of pull, cheek height adjustment, optional for-end lengths, and the ability to fix or fold the stock allow the end-user to customize further.

The Foundation rifle also utilizes the brand new Fusion Receiver System. Moving away from the traditional v block design, Grey Birch has developed a threaded receiver and barrel system with the goal of increasing the accuracy and consistency of accuracy in the semi-auto platform. The LDR with an integrated 20 MOA rail will help users push the boundaries of the 22LR and its distance capabilities. The Foundation LDR Rifle is compatible with most factory Ruger 10/22 ™ parts.

In collaboration with world class Canadian stock maker Rifles Refined, we are pleased to be offering select wood furniture sets for the Foundation Chassis (All Models).

Each furniture set contains a Rifles Refined Facet Grip, Cheek Rest, and Butt-plate made from premium quality Turkish walnut.

All three pieces in a set are cut from one solid block of Turkish walnut to ensure matching grain pattern and colour. Kits are hand-rubbed with an oil finish to a rich gloss.
