Muzzle brakes are quite useful out on the flat range during a competition or just casual shooting for making faster follow-up shots but they don’t often make you any friends on the firing line. New Lantac Dragon Muzzle Brake with Dead Air KEYMO Mounting System

The new muzzle brake is available for several calibers including .223/5.56, .300 Blackout, 9x19mm, and will also feature compatibility with the Dead Air Wolfman suppressor and the SIG MPX. The MSRP on the Lantac Dragon Muzzle Brake with the KEYMO Mounting system starts at $142.99 for the 5.56/.223 version and other versions go up to about $164 for the 9mm and MPX versions. The new muzzle brakes can be pinned and welded to 14.5″ barrels to meet the ATF 16-inch barrel length requirement and also ships with a timing shim set for those that want to traditionally mount their muzzle brake.

The mount’s design is fully licensed from Dead Air Silencers who have also supplied shooting guidance to go along with the new muzzle brakes. The Lantac Dragon Muzzle Brakes are manufactured on Swiss lathes and machined from AISI4150 series steel which is then hardened to a 48-52Rc hardness and finally Nitrided to AMS 2753D standards to improve the lifespan of the brake and give it increased corrosion resistance.
