Photo Of The Day: As promised we’re back with more Swiss Special Forces, Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK), and here we can see them monitoring the environment from a helicopter. The door gunner is from the military police special detachment (MP Spez Det) and the picture was taken back in 2017.

As you can see, the SIG SG 552 (Stgw-90) is equipped with a suppressor and a brass catcher, just like the pilot and anyone interested in flight safety wants it. Apart from that, there’s an Aimpoint sight and a laser illuminator.

Did you ever try a SIG SG 550 or any of its variants? I found it quite nice to shoot, but the trigger took some while to get used to. I hope to get the possibility soon again.
