SIG Sauer has been trying really hard lately to cater more to the civilian market by offering near-endless variations of their P320 pistol. Their latest offering is the new SIG Custom Works Concierge Service which lets you build your own custom pistol and have it shipped directly from the SIG Sauer factory to your FFL. Similar to their online configurator, the SIG Custom Works Concierge Service adds the ability to create an “heirloom-quality” custom firearm that is truly unique to you and will have all the features you want without having to work from a preconfigured model.

SIG Sauer Introduces the SIG Custom Works Concierge Service
The SIG Custom Works team can now build you a completely custom P320 and ship it directly to your local dealer with the Custom Works Concierge Service. Each pistol is built to your exact specifications, personalized, and shipped directly from the factory.
In order to build your own SIG, you’ll first have to make a SIG Sauer account to access the Custom Works P320 Studio. The base pistol starts out with a few basic required components including the FCU (Fire Control Unit), and Grip Modules. The P320 studio will allow you to pick from different slides, barrels, guide rods, and springs, as well as different magazines and even the option to have optics pre-mounted to your pistol and shipped directly to your FFL.
The final step in your customization will be adding any custom engraving you may want as part of your build. After your build request is submitted, you can then pick which FFL dealer you want your Custom Works Concierge pistol delivered to and SIG will email you a detailed report outlining the build process and estimated turnaround time. During this time you will be contacted by a Custom Works Concierge to review your order and confirm your build details and collect payment.
The amount of characters that you can have on your custom slide is entirely dependent on the slide that you select. Short pro-cut slides will allow up to 5 characters (seen above) and non-pro-cut slides have 2 sides of engraving and up to 26 characters. The configurator currently allows you to select from two different fonts.
