The National Shooting Sports Foundation, or NSSF, is the firearm industry’s principal trade association in the US. Founded in 1961, the organization exists to help promote, protect, and advocate for shooting sports, as well as the various companies and other groups under this umbrella. The NSSF is responsible for some of the industry’s key initiatives, including the SHOT Show. One such initiative is America’s official National Shooting Sports Month, as which August is designated. For National Shooting Sports Month this year, NSSF is teaming up with some firearms manufacturers to promote their +ONE campaign, as they’ve done in prior years as well. This movement is intended to encourage established shooters to bring neophytes into the fold by introducing recreational shooting to at least one new person in 2021. SIG SAUER is one of the companies that has committed to one of these “Let’s Go Shooting” movement partnerships.

The National Shooting Sports Foundation encourages current shooters to introduce the fun of recreational shooting to new people.One of the ways SIG SAUER is supporting the National Shooting Sports Foundation and their +ONE campaign for this year’s National Shooting Sports Month is by participating in a giveaway.
