Visitors to the SIG SAUER Experience Center will be able to enjoy a 30-lane indoor shooting facility designed and installed by Range Systems.
SIG SAUER’s Academy sits on 140 acres near Epping, New Hampshire. Among the compound’s other facilities like the research and development/engineering areas, armorer’s department, and business offices, the Academy offers a full menu of shooting range types. Last year, SIG announced that they would be further expanding their campus with a new 40,500 square foot, $13.5M “Experience Center”. The ground was broken for the new Experience Center earlier this year. One of the planned features of this new building will be the inclusion of additional indoor range space, to complement the existing spectrum of shooting areas on the grounds. Range Systems has issued the following press release to celebrate their incipient partnership with the notable firearms manufacturing company for this project.

NEW HOPE, MINN. (July 16, 2021) – Range Systems is proud to announce its selection as the range equipment provider for the new state-of-the-art, 30 lane indoor range of the
SIG SAUER Experience Center on the grounds of the SIG SAUER Academy in Epping, New Hampshire.Range Systems will be providing a complete range solution package, including: the new industry leading Fortress custom lane dividers, patented Dura-Panel™ ballistic rubber sidewall protection, Caliber electronic target retrieval systems, ProTacts™ bullet encapsulating baffles and safety ceilings.
SIG SAUER will also be utilizing the Range Systems Range Expander 180 to provide tactical 180-degree training within the indoor range. Range Expander 180 is a 180-degree downrange tactical firearms training system constructed of 3/8” AR500 steel plate covered with our patented Dura-Panel™ ballistic rubber, which allows for close quarter combat training by being able to fire into the sidewalls. This allows customers to be downrange shooting 180 degrees and perform tactical move and shoot drills, even at point blank distances.
