POTD: AI AXSR Covert 308 with Teledyne FLIR MilSight S140-D

Every now and then you see a rifle with a setup that you really would like to own yourself. In this Photo Of The Day from Accuracy International USA, we have an AI AXSR Covert 308 to admire. There is only one photo today, but sometimes that is enough.

The thermal sight seems to be a Teledyne FLIR MilSight S140-D, which is a Dual Band Image Intensified Thermal Weapon Sight. I would assume that they are pretty unobtainable for civilians. The main optic is from Leupold and the suppressor from Thunder Beast Arms [TBAC].

Designed to mount on any MIL-STD-1913 rail interface forward of an existing scope, the FLIR MilSight® S140-D ADUNS (advanced dual-band universal night sight) offers ultimate mission flexibility. Use as a thermal weapon sight, on a spotting scope for long-range reconnaissance, or as a handheld observation device. The ADUNS system offers high-resolution blended thermal and image intensified night vision that provides crisp imagery through total darkness, fog, smoke, dust, and many other obscurants.

What is your dream setup for a covert rifle and how do you rate this one?
