NEW From the Nighthawk Ambassador Series: The Delegate

    Delegate

Nighthawk Custom is no stranger to high-end 1911s. Recently, Nighthawk released the first in what they’re calling the Ambassador Series. This is the second installation in the series. Introducing the Delegate.

    Nighthawk Custom @ TFB:

    Delegate

The Delegate is the second installment into the Ambassador Series of Nighthawk Custom 1911 pistols. Unlike its predecessor, the Counselor, the Delegate comes chambered in 9mm or .45 ACP, and this time with a 4.25” barrel and commander frame. The Delegate is based on a steel frame and utilizes a stainless-steel mainspring housing and grip safety. We’ve maintained our popular bobbed-concealment beavertail and hammer, making it an ideal candidate for concealed carry.

With its bobbed beavertail, hammer, commander frame, and sleek lines, the Delegate from Nighthawk Custom is clearly made for concealed carry. The gun is available in either 9mm or .45 ACP and has a 9+1 capacity. It’s equipped with a 4.25” match-grade bull barrel. While the frame is steel, the mainspring housing and grip safety are both made from stainless steel. The pistol comes with both rear and forward serrations. The knurled G10 grips are thin and help shooters maintain positive control during rapid fire.

The Delegate also uses Nighthawk’s Flush-Fit Magwell. The grip maintains the same length as a standard commander from but does so while including a flared magwell. This 1911 is finished in black nitride. The slide is topped with a tritium front sight and blacked out Heinie Ledge rears.
