POTD: Polish MSBS Grot & PM-84 Glauberyt
Another day with TFB’s Photo Of The Day sharing great photos from around the world and the world of firearms. Today we have Polish soldiers with MSBS Grot and PM-84 Glauberyt, not exactly the most common firearms around. The FB Radom MSBS Grot is Poland’s Modular Firearm System chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. In the configuration above it looks similar to the FN SCAR. The Polish Ministry of Defence ordered a total of 53,000 MSBS Grot rifles.
Below: The PM-84 Glauberyt on full-auto.
The PM-84 Glauberyt submachine gun is made in Poland. It’s intended for ranges up to 150 meters. The BRS-99 is the civilian model with a semi-automatic only mode.
For a deeper understanding of these firearms, please check some of these articles: Polish Armed Forces Order Another 18,000 MSBS Rifles, Civilian MSBS GROT Hits the European Market and Poland’s New Pistol: The FB Radom PR-15 RAGUN.

What year did that purchase order take place?
I thought the polish rifle had design flaws and would crack. Everyone was laughing at them a few months ago
