A new flavor of Hi-Point carbine is coming to the market just in time for the 4th of July with the new 995FLG (9mm) and 4595FLG (.45ACP) carbines featuring a hydro dipped Grand Union Flag. The new carbines will be made available through Sportsmans Outdoor SuperStore and Classic Firearms and can also be purchased by dealers as long as these limited-edition carbines last.

New Independence Day Hi-Point Carbine – Celebrate the 4th in Style!

We are really spoiled for choice these days for pistol caliber carbines but not too long ago it wasn’t unheard of for many a gun owner to have a Hi-Point carbine as part of their collection as a fun plinker for the weekend. Now the OG Hi-Point Carbine is receiving a patriotic facelift with the addition of the “FLG” limited edition hydro dipped guns.

For a limited time, consumers can purchase the Hi-Point 995 and 4595 Special Edition model carbines featuring a hydro-dipped Grand Union Flag in recognition of our country’s declaration of freedom 245 years ago. Further, all active or veteran U.S. military personnel as well as first responders can receive a free magazine and Hi-Point “swag” upon submission of qualifying identification to MKS Supply following the purchase (fulfillment instructions included).

Each carbine comes with an all-weather skeletonized stock, internal recoil buffer, fully adjustable sights, an integrated Picatinny rail, thumb magazine release, manual safety, and comes complete with a sling and sling swivels. My only wish for this new release is that they would have added an additional caliber – 10mm. The 10mm version (Model 1095) of the Hi-Point carbine is probably one of the most popular by far and shooting one isn’t a half-bad ordeal either when you consider the overall weight of the firearm.
