A new series on YouTube is out by the people over at Angstadt Arms called “At The Ready.” The new series gives viewers a close look into the daily routines of some of the most successful names in the firearms industry as well as an exploration of what drives them to succeed. The first episode premiered on June 15th and featured Ian Strimbeck of Runenation with other firearms industry personalities to follow in the months to come. The first episode is available on YouTube and has been posted below.

At The Ready – A Behind the Scenes Look at the Firearms Industry

Our goal for “ATR” is to share the lives and stories of the many amazing people in the firearms community and help to normalize firearms to the greater community at large. Each chapter of “ATR” will focus on a single person. With new episodes coming out every month.

Chapter 01 profiles Ian Strimbeck of Runenation, a Marine Corp Veteran who embodies endurance and instructs self-defense through perseverance and action. His motto “No One is Coming to Save You” serves as a constant reminder that in troubling times each individual has a personal responsibility to care for him/herself and loved ones. His philosophies and approach to everyday life have served him, and his students, to see the greatness and possibilities within themselves.

The first of these mini-documentaries was about 20 minutes long and quite enjoyable. Hopefully, others will be of similar length and style as I think this would be a great series to watch or listen to when you have the time to learn a bit more about the companies and individuals that we interact with inside of the firearms world.
