POTD: Austrian Voere M2 Police Edition Bolt-Action Rifle

Voere M2 Police Edition Bolt-Action Rifle
The Austrian company VOERE Präzisionstechnik GmbH now has an M2 bolt-action rifle focused on Law Enforcement. TFB presented the M2 Police Edition in a recent article, but in this Photo Of The Day, you can see more pictures of it in the open.
The Kahles K525i which is mounted on the M2 on these pictures is an excellent riflescope. TFB has the latest DLR version under review. Spoiler alert: It’s going to pass with pretty good credentials.

For some reason, the Police version comes with a 20 MOA inclination, which seems unnecessary on a rifle like this. In practice, I would think that most live and critical shots are made at a pretty short distance. It will also be difficult to mount any sort of night vision or thermal device on a rifle of this design.
This is a short action rifle, with (so far) .308 Winchester or 6.5mm Creedmoor calibers.
The mount looks rather high but it could be for a quick demonstration only.
The 20″ barrel is free-floating, a must for consistent precision shooting.
The base price for the Voere M2 Police Edition rifle is €3,180, including the local tax.
All pictures come from VOERE Präzisionstechnik GmbH.
