POTD, short for Photo Of The Day, is TFB’s recurring articles where we go to great length trying to find the best pictures and stories out there. Today we found these Polish Sharpshooters from the 15 Giżycka Brygada Zmechanizowana (Mechanized Brigade). In addition to regular classes where they train to disguise and camouflage themselves, they regularly improve their shooting skills with their Glock pistols.
Below: A good example of how much gloves help with the overall camouflage.
If you own a Glock, did you upgrade the sights or do you still run standard? Or did you go for an optic like a red dot?
The Polish Armed Forces are said to use the Gen 3 and 4 Glock 17 pistols. They also use the G19 and G27.
Poor weather and rain are unfortunately as common as a bad grip when shooting.
All Photos by Bartek Grądkowski and Adrian Staszewski.
Which is your favourite Glock?

43x is my favorite. It's sleek and light enough, yet punches holes above its weight. But only because I'm not an "operator." The original, thicker, guns do shoot and handle better. The best part about Glocks, is how similar they all are. Learn one, and you're 80% of the way to learn any.
