TFB’s Photo Of The Day is where you can discover the World of firearms through the camera lens. Every day we run a new theme, a few selected pictures, and a short story and credit to the person behind the lens. Today we’re looking at some photos from 2013, from when the Norwegian Defense decided to establish a Special Forces unit only consisting of females. At the time, 2000 females were invited to apply to the unit. It was reported then to be the world’s first all-female special forces unit.
