Tourniquets are an essential piece of life-saving equipment that I think all shooters should have and learn how to use. They could save your or someone else’s life should the unthinkable happen. Having one nearby and ready to deploy at a moment’s notice is also important and Chase Tactical has a great option for keeping your Tourniquet handy with their Elastic Tourniquet Holder.
Chase Tactical’s Elastic Tourniquet Holder for Common Tourniquets
The Chase Tactical Elastic Tourniquet Holder was designed as a simplistic universal tourniquet holder, that allows it to easily attach to almost any plate carrier on the market. The ETH uses 4″ elastic for retention and has a hook and loop panel built in so it can be secured to almost any piece of gear that uses hook and loop.
It’s simplistic design makes it lightweight, durable and ergonomically functional to ensure you always have a tourniquet at the ready. The ETH was designed around the most commonly used tourniquets (TAC-T, CAT & SOFT-T). With our dual hook/loop flap, there is nowhere our ETH wont mount; under your shoulder pad, cummerbund flap, admin pocket, and more.

I’ve been slowly but surely building out my plate carrier setup and attaching my medical essentials to my rig has been something I have been struggling with. I may pick one of these up to give me a good sense of where I’d like to have my tourniquet without having to deal with MOLLE or some other proprietary attachment method. At least with the hook and loop attachment method, you can switch around the positioning on the fly depending on the type of gear you’re fielding.
The Chase Tactical Universal Elastic Tourniquet Holder is available directly from chase tactical starting at $16.95 and is available in four different patterns – black, coyote, Multicam, and OD green. Chase Tactical also sells other essential medical equipment if you’re looking to restock some of your life-saving gear.
