There’s a lot of action going on in today’s Photo Of The Day. We have a bunch of  U.S. Marines with the 3d Battalion, 3d Marines, using a variety of weapons systems in order to seize an enemy position. This happened during a live-fire combat rehearsal called Fuji Viper 21.3 at the Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan, in mid-April 2021.

During this exercise, the Marines honed tactics, techniques, and procedures to support expeditionary advanced base operations at the platoon and company level. The “3/3” is forward-deployed in the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division.
