Competitors in the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) International Sniper Competition, engage targets at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Recently we showed some pretty unique pictures of the new Accuracy International sniper/competition rifle in the USASOC International Sniper Competition. I personally love these types of pictures, and it seems like I am not alone. In our Photo Of The Day, we look at some more competitors in this event, as they engage targets at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. It looks like the sniper above uses the new Nightforce optic.

In total, fifteen teams competed in the 12th annual competition where instructors from the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School designed a series of events that challenged the two-person teams’ ability to work together, firing range, speed and accuracy in varied types of environments.
