Several of Ted Nugent’s firearms, knives, bows, and other toys are currently up for auction to the general public. Ted Nugent will auction off over 400 items from his personal collection which also includes prototype guitars and personal hot rods. Since Ted is a massive fan of guns, it is no surprise that a big portion of the auctioned goods is firearms of all types.
Ted Nugent Auctions off Guns, Bows, Knives, Ammunition, and More
I picked out a few interesting items I found on the tednugentauction.com website in their online catalog. There will be a live in-person auction held in Waco, Texas at Tucker Hall located at 7767 N State Highway 6. The auction is on March 27th at 10:00am. You can reserve a seat for the auction here. Here are some of the interesting firearm related items from the auction:
Heller vS Washington Supreme Court Decision Charter ARms 44 Special
This revolver was custom engraved to Ted Nugent for the Heller vs Washington Supreme Court decision. The revolver features a 2.5″ barrel and comes with a case and spare cylinder.
Ted Nugent’s Carried .357 Magnum Colt Python
The Colt Python made a return at the beginning of 2020 but now you can own an authentic original that was personally owned and carried by Ted. This Colt Python features a 6″ barrel and Pachmayr grips.
Ted’s Armalite AR-180 5.56 Rifle
This particular rifle has apparently been in Ted’s collection since the 1970s. The AR-180 was Armalite’s alternative to the AR-15 (not to be confused with the AR-18 which was a select-fire capable version of the AR-180). The AR-180 never really caught on as a firearm in the professional market but did serve as inspiration for other modern service weapons.
Custom AMT Automag .22 Rimfire Magnum
This custom AMT Automag was made personally for Ted Nugent from Larry Grossman (also known as the Godfather of the 44 Auto Mag). The Automag 22 was personally engraved and addressed to Ted as a gift.
There are a lot more firearms in the auction catalog featuring many hunting shotguns, rifles, and pistols as well as many of Ted’s personal hunting bows and knives. Even if you’re not a huge fan of Ted Nugent, this might be a good opportunity to snag some interesting guns while they’re up for auction.
