In addition to the load-bearing equipment, Brave Castle also has patches, stickers, and lifestyle clothing available. Brave Castle has pistol-compatible pouches as well as 5.56 30-round magazine pouches available in addition to various other configurations with different equipment.

V1.5 BRV 556 SHINGLE

Built to be sleek and sturdy, the BRV SHINGLE is a low profile elastic mag retention system for stripped down plate carriers. Any plate carrier that has an overlapping velcro front closure will accept this 556 shingle. (Trex arms AC1, Ferro Concepts Slickster & FCPC and models like it)

The cummerbund closure seals this mag retention system close to the chest. The elastic is tight enough to retain magazines and pliable enough for quick removal. (magazines tested are gen 3 Magpul P-mags and Lancer.) The front of the shingle has double layered velcro Loop to sturdy the form and webbing is at the bottom to prevent over insertion and defeating mags from dropping out. Uniquely designed and built in the USA.

Do to limited access to material, colors are expected to change, though the cummerbund typically hides the entirety of the retention system.

V2 BRV 556 X PISTOL X TOURNIQUET

Built to be sleek and sturdy, the V2 BRV SHINGLE is a low profile elastic mag retention system for stripped down plate carriers. Carries 2x 556 magazines, one pistol magazine or Multi tool/flashlight etc. Also, the V2 has a tourniquet hanger that creates positive tension and storage for a CAT tourniquet. Any plate carrier that has an overlapping velcro front closure will accept this 556 shingle. (Trex arms AC1, Ferro Concepts Slickster & FCPC and models like it)

V1 BRV 308 SHINGLE

Any plate carrier that has an overlapping velcro front cummerbund closure will accept this 308 shingle. 3 mags in 308 is pretty wide and this set up runs at 10” plus. There is a tiny bit of over lap on the front plate but not enough to render this ridiculous.

Currently, all of the Brave Castle Nylon magazine pouches are available in either Black or Multicam Black. As stated above, as Brave Castle goes through its available inventory, colors may change but I don’t think that will be an issue for most.
