Colion Noir and Tim Kennedy Join Nosler’s Project 48

As you know, 2020 was a record-breaking year in terms of firearm sales primarily due to the uncertainty caused by the pandemic. Many people (over 8 million!) who bought firearms in 2020 are first-time buyers. Understanding the importance of educating these new firearm owners on everything gun-related (safety, handling, maintenance, legal aspects, etc.), Nosler started an initiative called Project 48. The company plans to invite the industry’s most renowned experts, professional athletes and 2A activists to join the Project 48 and create content that will help new firearm owners. Nosler has recently announced that the first partners of Project 48 are Colion Noir and Tim Kennedy.

Nosler’s press release announcing the first members of Project 48, quotes John Nosler, President of Nosler Inc., who said:

As we charge through the first quarter of the 21st Century, we are focused on partnering with the pillars of our industry who are leading efforts to educate our millions of new consumers. Our new Project 48 partners are dynamic leaders who are committed to addressing the most critical issues facing our industry- new hunter recruitment and new shooter education. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Colion Noir and Tim Kennedy to the Nosler family and are looking forward to joining forces during this pivotal time in the shooting sports industry.

These two gentlemen probably need no introduction for most of our readers, but for those of you who don’t know them, I’ll quote below the short bios as seen on Nosler’s website followed by videos telling about their involvement with Nosler’s Project 48.
