If you own a Dillon XL650 & XL750 or a 1050 & 1100 you’re probably an experienced reloader and interested in numbers and statistics as well. You’re most likely also interested in knowing things like how many rounds you loaded, as well as the total for the month and the year? With the new Armanov Digital Reloading Round Counter, you can. It will tell you how much of each caliber you reloaded and also your pace and how long time it took.

Here’s how Armanov describes it:

Want to know how many rounds have you loaded last month/year? How many of each of your calibers? How much time did it take you? How fast you’re producing ammo?

Also many fellow reloaders may be familiar with the situation when you want/need to load a specific number of rounds but counting spent primers or bullets may not be exact due to possible malfunctions.

Now Armanov digital round counter is here to make your reloading easier and more organized. Best part is that you don’t need any change of your workflow.

Armanov Optical Round Counter is a simple, funcional, reliable and robust device, intended for counting reloaded ammunition and keeping simple statistics for user-defined timeframe.

The most important features are:

  • Reliable count of produced ammo, based on optical count of actually produced ammo, not pulls of a charging lever
  • 45 predefined caliber profiles and 8 custom profiles (4 handgun and 4 rifle)
  • Separate overall and session counters for each caliber profile, counting no. of reloaded ammo and spent time
  • Real-time pace counter of average rounds per hour reloaded
  • User-settable batch size and optional reminder before this number is reached
  • Compatible with Dillon XL650/750 and Super 1050/1100 machines (soon to be available for other presses
  • Color graphic display
  • Optional LED light for better control of working area
  • Unique new product

Below you can see how it works. Note that it’s a prototype so the surface finishing looks a bit rough.

Here’s what’s included in the package.

The Digital Round Counter is currently compatible with Dillon XL650 / XL750 and Super 1050 / RL 1100, and the price is €139. There is also an American store.

What do you think of the new counter? Do you find it useful?
