Nighthawk/KORTH Release the NXA Lightweight Revolver

Nighthawk/KORTH Releases the NXA Lightweight 357 Magnum Revolver

Korth in tandem with their sole importer Nighthawk custom have released their latest addition to their revolver lineup – the NXA revolver. This new revolver is 6 oz lighter than their previously released NXS revolver. The revolver makes use of lightweight materials and also features a changeable cylinder so you can use the far more common 9mm ammunition as opposed to .357 Magnum. The full press release from Nighthawk/Korth is below.

The Korth NXA is the lightweight counterpart to the NXS revolver. The NXA features an anodized, red aluminum barrel shroud for reduced weight. Using aluminum in the barrel shroud brings the empty weight of the NXA in at 2.75 lbs, six ounces lighter than the NXS.

The cylinder of the NXA includes a cut to accommodate Moonclips for unmatched reloading speeds. Like the NXS model, the NXA is available with a 4” or 6” hammer-forged precision barrel with Picatinny rails on top and bottom for mounting optics or a light. The aluminum barrel shroud is ventilated for faster cooling.

A DLC finish on the frame provides a lasting, beautiful look to the revolver. The fully adjustable rear sight comes standard while the front sight features removable side panels to offer shooters the ability to customize their sights for any situation. The NXA model also offers a changeable cylinder to a 9mm Luger which also features a Moonclip cut.

The revolver isn’t exactly my type of style, however, race guns usually feature loud and bombastic designs and this revolver fits the bill perfectly. With plenty of rail space for accessories and optics, I think the revolver would make any shooting enthusiast happy.

I especially like the larger 8-shot capacity in tandem with the changeable cylinder to 9mm. That would probably make me feel a bit less guilty about a long range day with something like this. The new Korth NXA revolver is listed at an MSRP of $5,299.
