POTD: Over-The-Beach with the U.S. Navy SEALs

    You only live once! If you do it right, once is enough. Photo Of The Day and we take a look at the U.S. NAVY SEALsIn this sequence of photos, we watch them coming out of the sea. The SEALs operate from a variety of small boats and crafts, and submarines of course.

    According to the NAVY SEAL’s FAQ, the starting pay is up to $60,000, and you get extra pay for diving, parachuting and demolitions. If you’re in a combat zone the pay is tax free. The “only” obstacle is that you have to pass their qualification, which may be a bit of a struggle for most keyboard warriors. 

    There is no typical “day at the office” with this job.

    There’s a lot to carry.

    The SEAL operators are trained on a variety of small arms, but in this case, I think we have to make you disappointed as this training rifle is most likely made out of rubber. But it looks cool.
