    Location: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

What’s going on? We’re looking at Lance Cpl. Mathew Graham, a designated marksman, assigned to Echo Company, Battalion Landing Team 2/8, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) as he fires his M27 Infantry Automatic Rifle during a live-fire training. You can clearly see “Graham” on the stock of the rifle, as well as M27 on the lower.

Above we have a Marine assigned to the scout sniper platoon, Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team 2/8, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) as he fires an M4 carbine from the standing position during combat marksmanship training (May 2020). Note the 40 mm grenade launcher and the knife in his belt.
Luckily they seem to train at some longer distances, further than 10 yards. Note the left- and right-handed shooting below.

The Bataan Amphibious Ready Group with embarked 26th MEU are conducting non-live fire and live-fire routine sustainment training in the United Arab Emirates to enhance critical mission sets for the U.S. Navy-Marine Corps team operating within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
