Jawbone Ruger PC Carbine Mag Release

Jawbone PC Carbine Drop-In Mag Release

The new PC Carbine Drop-In Mag Release from Jawbone

The Ruger PC Carbine seems to be a very popular gun with a lot of aftermarket support. Well, a new company called Jawbone just debuted a product that helps improve one of the major flaws of the Ruger PC Carbine. That one major flaw is the location of the mag release, it’s in a very inconvenient spot. James even points this out in his video 8 Reasons Why I Wanted to Hate the Ruger PC Carbine (and the 8 Reasons I Don’t) from a few months back.

The factory Ruger mag release is so darn far from your trigger finger that you have to use your support hand to operate the mag release. Well, Jawbone’s new mag release should help remedy all that. Their new drop-in mag release includes a lever that allows you to use your trigger finger for super quick mag changes. The Jawbone unit replaces the factory Ruger mag catch and is made out of machined 6061 Aluminum right here in the USA.

The Drop-In Mag Release for the Ruger® PC Carbine™ makes it possible to do a “speed reload” or “emergency reload” without having to bring your support hand up to release the magazine first.  One quick press with your trigger finger while your support hand grabs a fresh mag.

Each assembly is CNC machined in an American factory using aircraft-grade materials and hand-assembled and shipped to you by a hardworking American veteran.
