Look no further – it’s time for TFB’s Photo Of The Day where you’ll find amazing pictures like these. Here we see a Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman and a reconnaissance Marine from the U.S. Marine Corps. They are assigned to the 3:rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, wearing their underwater equipment during a Marine Corps Combat Diving Supervisors Course on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan.

The camouflage on their carbines looks pretty effective for this environment. Note the lack of any optic or electronics apart from the iron sights. I guess the sea can be pretty harsh on any optic.
