SureFire announced the formal launch of their new SF3P-50BMG flash hider today. This flash hider is explicitly designed for use with M2 .50 caliber machine guns. In addition, there are two versions now available, one for the military and one for the commercial market.

There are two models of the SF3P-50BMG. The SF3P-M2A1 for threaded barrels, and the SF3P-M2HB for non-threaded barrels.

Our precision engineering results in a flash hider that delivers an impressive 99.7 percent reduction in muzzle flash compared to a bare muzzle. Constructed of heat-treated stainless steel and chromoly that is machined from U.S.A. mill-certified bar stock, the SF3P-50BMGM2HB features a precision-machined sleeve that mounts to the weapon system, allowing the flash hider to attach to the M2HB’s nonthreaded barrel.
