Photo Of The Day – The title of today’s photo could refer to a song by Florence + Machine. Or, more likely, it could also have something to do with the fact that snipers like to hide in the dark under their ghillie suits.

Look again, I get a feeling from The Nazgûls and The Lord Of The Rings.

The fact that the Dutch Army uses the Barrett M82 / Barrett M107A1s is known to our readers, especially if you read Matthew’s article on the subject. The rifle uses the .50 BMG (12.7×99mm NATO) caliber and the action is semi-automatic.
